Aspen Parks is a Western Australian based unlisted property fund which currently owns a portfolio of 25 holiday destinations across Australia, with a total asset value of over $270 million.

Aspen Parks was created in 2004 by the Aspen Group with the objective of acquiring, managing and growing a portfolio of tourist park and resort properties to a value of at least $150 million over a 5 year time frame. Recent acquisitions and strong capital growth from the portfolio have helped Aspen Parks to achieve this objective in only 3 years. The fund continues to seek out attractive investment opportunities which will further expand the fund’s already diverse portfolio of tourist properties including: caravan parks, tourist parks & resorts.
